Responsibilities

Seeking a creative, self-motivated team player who is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines, plan and prioritize tasks, and manage multiple concurrent projects and individuals. As a Marketing Coordinator at Page, you will be responsible for working with senior management, market, and practice leaders, and the marketing and communications team to develop and implement marketing and business development initiatives in alignment with the Academic Sector’s strategic and financial goals, that build brand awareness and win work for the firm.

 

  • Manages the overall pursuit process to ensure that overall theme, technical scope, staff qualifications, and experience are accurate, well-written, and graphically pleasing
  • Responsible for the quality of materials in the pursuit process
  • Assist interview presentation teams and assist in developing interview content
  • Acts as process driver to ensure the most efficient procedures and protocols are in place
  • Provide input and collaboration to help establish priorities and protocols for responding to RFPs and other marketing-related inquiries 
  • Works closely with marketing, business development, market and practice leaders, and project delivery staff when producing proposals and other related materials
  • Develop new marketing content and maintain existing content, including content for the website, proposals, interview materials, images, resumes, project data sheets, and presentations
  • Responsible for accuracy of information populated into CRM System (VantagePoint)
  • Lead other marketing, communication, and business development efforts as needed

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in either Marketing/Communications, English, Journalism, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related design field.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of marketing and proposal management experience within the A/E/C industry. 
  • Exceptional writing, editing, graphic, time management, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to create and edit narrative content
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including consistency, formatting, grammar, visuals, and brand adherence
  • Dedication to quality
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience in supporting proposals for various market sectors and pursuit types (ie. private, public, and federal SF330’s) is preferred
  • Superior project management skills for short and long-term deadlines
  • Ability to work with geographically diverse teams across multiple offices
  • Ability and interest in the mentorship of colleagues

Base Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000

(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skills and/or location)
